Training in Instrumentation and Process Control
The participant will receive the necessary technical background to interpret instrumentation systems and flowcharts, as well as understand the common terminology used by instrumentation professionals.
The objective of the training is to introduce participants to the concepts of pressure, flow, level, temperature, density, and concentration measurement, as well as concepts related to final elements.
Ultimately, the professional will be qualified to specify the most suitable equipment to meet the needs of their process.
Specific Objectives:
To understand the fundamental elements that make up a control system;
To understand the fundamental importance of sensors, transmitters, and final control elements in a control loop;
Perform instrument calibration correctly;
Properly tuning instrument calibration;
To choose the appropriate type of instrument for each specific application;
Specify each type of instrument correctly;
Fill out the instrument data sheet correctly;
Identify instrument problems in the control loop;
Perform proper maintenance on the instruments;
Understanding how a field network works.

Training on specification and sizing of control valves.
The training courses offered by IM INSTRUMENTAÇÃO & CONTROLE aim to provide teams of professionals and companies with knowledge regarding the operation of the main types of industrial valves, as well as their main components, types of actuation, accessories, safety in handling and maintenance of industrial valves.
The training also aims to provide participants with an understanding of the importance of valves in the process, to know how to differentiate and apply the various types of valves, and to correctly specify and dimension a control valve.
Specific Objectives:
List the fundamental elements that make up a control valve;
To enumerate the fundamental importance of the valve in a control loop;
Choosing the right type of control valve for each application;
Calculate and size a control valve;
Fill out a valve data sheet;
Identify problems in an existing control valve.
